This is a really nice stainless steel pot for shabu shabu. Haven't tried the grill pan yet. But looks like fun to cook in it. The only thing is the power cord is too short. I have to buy extension to reach the outlet on the wall. You are supposed to put this pot on the table and have the shabu shabu, not on the cooking counter. That's why I only give it 4 stars.

Very Dissatisfied - Lee Bee -
Instructions on use were very limited. The grill was extremely disappointing, very small area in center with grill grid, food tasted more like boiled than grilled or broiled. Tried the pot once to cook beans, worked ok but the pot got heat marks on bottom from the elements, instructions did not indicate if the grill pan should be under the pot, but I'm guessing it should be when used any of the pots. Would not buy again, would return it if I could, Can I???
